Batsner Company was initially established in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1919. The company has been in continuous business since then, and Batsner Company may be one of the oldest manufacturers’ representative firms in the country. In June 2003, Geoffrey Masterson, a twenty-four-year partner in the business, purchased the company. In March 2016, Batsner Company was purchased by the Henry M. Wood Company.
