  Steve Eickman
Steve joined Batsner in 2004 to cover most of the state of Indiana. He is a native Hoosier and resides in Indianapolis. He is attuned to the needs manufactures in the area and is an excellent problem solver. Steve has a Bachelor of Science degree from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University and is active in most local bulk material trade organizations. Let him help you with your bulk material transfer or level issues.  

Jim Harris
Jim has been with Batsner Company over 20 years. He has extensive experience in all phases of bulk material handling, as well as industrial instrumentation. His 30 plus years in this business includes serving as regional manager for a major instrumentation manufacturer, where he worked with clients in 28 states and Puerto Rico.Jim has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, is married to Barbara(37 yrs), and has two daughters. He lives in Louisville, KY.

 

Bob Luebbering, Sales
Bob brings over 14 years experience in Instrumentation and Material Handling applications.  He has worked with End Users, Engineering Firms, Original Equipment Manufactures and System Integrators providing reliable solutions. His work experience includes 10 with Ronan Engineering Company.  Started with Ronan Engineering as an Application Engineer and held various positions including National Sales Manager. His most recent position was Vice-President of Sales for PG LifeLink.  He has an Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cincinnati Technical College and a Bachelor degree in Industrial Technology from Northern Kentucky University.

Geoff Masterson, Owner

He has 29 years in the instrumentation/ material handling industry. His focus has always been the customer, because without customers there is no business. He enjoys meeting new customers and working with Batsner’s current customers to solve their material handling and instrumentation needs. His years in the business and exposure to all types of industries have given him excellent knowledge to pass on to those that need his assistance.

In Geoff’s spare time he enjoys restful days and evenings on the water with his Wife and their boat. Home is New Richmond, Ohio where they live in their old house built in1833 on five acres hidden away in the trees. He has a Wife of 38 years, two old dogs, one cat age unknown and two grown Sons who are not in the business.

He looks forward to assisting all Batsner’s customers, new and existing in answering your questions and quoting equipment to solve your requirements.
